SOLUTION: A fireproof laminate lumber includes a core material 12 composed of a laminate lumber supporting a load， a burning stop layer 15 provided outside the core material 12， a waterproof layer 18 provided outside the burning stop layer 15， and a finishing material 20 provided outside the waterproof layer 18. The burning stop layer has a second burning stop layer 14 and a first burning stop layer 16 provided outside the second burning stop layer 14.
