Deliberations 2021

The dataset lists the deliberations adopted by the legislative bodies of the Doubs Departmental Council (Permanent Committee and Plenary Session) for the year 2021. It complies with the standardisation of the Common Local Data Base (SCDL). **Collection context:** The deliberations of the Departmental Assembly and the Standing Committees are available to the public on the Department’s institutional website “Doubs.fr”, via open data. This approach meets the legal obligations of the reform of the advertising rules of acts of local authorities resulting from the law n°2019-1461 of 27 December 2019 called “Engagement and proximity”, which aims in particular to simplify and modernise the tools to improve information to the public.
