Response of oil-degrading microbes to dispersants and how dispersants affect the ternary system (oil-dispersant-EPS): from TeCOAST, Test of Coastal water with coastal microbial concentrate, DOM FTICR MS data

This dataset includes data generated from the analysis of dissolved organic matter using electrospray ionization coupled to Fourier transform ion cyclotron mass spectrometry (ESI-FT-ICR-MS). Samples were collected and filtered during mesocosm experiments conducted in August 2015 at Texas A&M Galveston, and the samples were analyzed by ESI-FT-ICR-MS at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA in September of 2015.本数据集包含通过电喷雾电离-傅里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱（ESI-FT-ICR-MS）分析溶解态有机质所产生的相关数据。样本于2015年8月在得克萨斯农工大学加尔维斯顿分校开展的中宇宙实验中采集并完成过滤，随后于2015年9月在弗吉尼亚州诺福克市的奥多明尼昂大学通过ESI-FT-ICR-MS完成分析检测。
