As a part of the project looking into the role of ATR in regulating replication initiation, we report the replication timing analysis of the U2OS cells treated with ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 Overall design: U2OS cells were treated with DMSO or 5uM AZD6738 for 30 minutes before labelling of the ongoing replication with 10uM BrdU.
