资源简介:
Background:Whether gut micriobiota changes in adult surgical jaundice patients associated with the pathogen is unclear, and its relationship with bile aicds and amino acids metabolism also require further exploration.Material and Methods:Feces of 96 jaundice patients were collected nd classified into benign and malignant group, 20 healthy control were also enrolled. Microbiota was sequenced by absolute quantification method, bile acids and amino acids were detected by mass spectrum, and the mutual correlation of the three aspects and the correlation of the three aspects each with clinical parameters were analysed. Results: Microbiota community was different in benign and malignant group. The average count of total bacteria and community diversity was decreased in benign group. The representative genus in benign group were prone to metabolic, while those in malignant group prone to pathogenic. The effect of pathogen on microbiota maybe overwhelmed by antibiotics. The changes of bile acids in the two groups were similar, characterized by significant reduction of secondary bile acids, and this change seemed not correlated with microbiota. Amino acids seemed not affected by jaundice. Conclusions: Jaundice caused by benign and malignant pathogen has featured microbiota dysbiosis, they have similar bile acids metabolic changes caused by disease itself, while no affected amino acids metabolism were found in jaundice patients.
