This series contains minutes of the Building and House Committee of Hamton Hospital (VA 1237). Matters discussed by the Building and House Committee include provision of a hydrotherapy pool, modification and upgrades to buildings, car parking, architects' fees, fire safety, patient transport, special equipment for departments, removal of asbestos, and traffic management. The Committee typically met once per month. The committee was known as the Building Committee from February 1983. From August 1985 onwards, it was known as the Building and House Committee.
