Construction zones: State of development

Construction zones (state of development): composite data set of all legally binding building zone plans of the municipalities with information on the overbuilding status of the building zones with 4 categories: largely overbuilt, ready for construction, ready for construction in 5 years, long-term construction reserves. The data set corresponds to the building zones as they were available at the cut-off date of the survey of the development status (31 December). The survey of the overbuilding status takes place annually. The data set "Building zones (basic use)" should be used for the latest status of the building zones.
