Data for: Do Asian elephants plan for mutually-exclusive outcomes?

Data from the publication: “Do Asian elephants plan for mutually-exclusive outcomes?”. Please refer to the manuscript for descriptions of the methods used to produce these data and the statistical analyses used to analyze these data.There are four data sheets:individual_data.csv – this includes all data from all individuals tested individually and in pairs. Each row represents one trial of one individual. If elephants were tested in pairs, there are two rows for each trial (i.e., one row for the behavior of each individual).pair_data.csv – this includes data that are specific to pair trials. Each row is one pair trial; there are not two rows for each trial, but rather, pairs are analyzed as a unit.num_switch_data.csv – this includes data from each set (i.e., 1 set = 12 trials). Each row represents one set of one individual. If elephants were tested in pairs, there are two rows for each set (i.e., one row for the behavior of each individual).nammei_only.csv – this datasheet is similar to ‘individual_data.csv’ but only includes data from one individual (Nammei). There are also extra columns (behaviors) in this datasheet that are not included in ‘individual_data.csv’.Please see the readme file for descriptions of column names for all data sheets.Statistical analyses can be accessed in the "script.R" file.
