The time stamp is in UTC+ 1 and refers to the end of the integration time. The figure is in %. The data is in geoascii format, a file for each hour, with date and time tag in the file name.基于步长为1.5 km×1.5 km的高斯-博加（Gauss Boaga）规则格网，采用无背景场最优插值算法，对区域气象观测站网的逐小时平均相对湿度观测值开展空间插值。时间戳采用UTC+1时区，对应积分时长的结束时刻，数据单位为百分比（%）。 数据集采用地理ASCII（geoascii）格式，按逐小时生成单个文件，文件名包含日期与时间标签。
