The Rahlstedt 35 Building Plan Act of 2 February 1970 (HmbGVBl. P. 47), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Rahlstedt 35 Building Plan Act” is added to the Act. 2. In § 2(3), the following sentences are added: ‘Retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments shall be prohibited. The Baunut-zung Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
1970年2月2日《拉尔斯泰德35号建筑规划法案》（HmbGVBl. P. 47），经1997年11月4日修订（HmbGVBl. P. 494、495、501），现作出如下修改： 1. 向本法案新增附件《〈拉尔斯泰德35号建筑规划法案〉修订条例附件》。 2. 在第2条第(3)款中新增下述语句： ‘禁止除邮购机构外的零售场所经营。《建筑使用条例》（Baunutzung Ordinance）经1990年1月23日修订（BGBl. I p. 133），并于1993年4月22日完成最后一次修订（BGBl. I p. 466、479）。’
