Tree Cover Change Mask 2015-2018 (raster 20 m), Europe, 3-yearly, Dec. 2020

The Copernicus High Resolution Forest Layer Tree Cover Change Mask (TCCM) 2015-2018 raster product provides information on the change between the reference years 2015 and 2018 and consists of 4 thematic classes (unchanged areas with no tree cover / new tree cover / loss of tree cover / unchanged areas with tree cover) at 20m spatial resolution and covers EEA38 area and the United Kingdom. The production of the High Resolution Forest layers was coordinated by the European Environment Agency (EEA) in the frame of the EU Copernicus programme. The High Resolution Forest product consists of three types of (status) products and additional change products. The status products are available for the 2012, 2015 and 2018 reference years: 1. Tree cover density providing level of tree cover density in a range from 0-100%; 2. Dominant leaf type providing information on the dominant leaf type: broadleaved or coniferous; 3. A Forest type product. The forest type product allows to get as close as possible to the FAO forest definition. In its original (20m) resolution it consists of two products: 1) a dominant leaf type product that has a MMU of 0.5 ha, as well as a 10% tree cover density threshold applied, and 2) a support layer that maps, based on the dominant leaf type product, trees under agricultural use and in urban context (derived from CLC and high resolution imperviousness 2009 data). For the final 100m product trees under agricultural use and urban context from the support layer are removed.哥白尼高分辨率森林图层林木覆盖变化掩膜（Copernicus High Resolution Forest Layer Tree Cover Change Mask, TCCM）2015-2018栅格产品，提供2015年与2018年基准年之间的地表变化信息，包含4类主题类别：无林木覆盖的不变区域、新增林木覆盖区域、林木覆盖流失区域以及有林木覆盖的不变区域，空间分辨率为20米，覆盖欧洲经济区38国（EEA38）及英国全境。 本系列高分辨率森林图层的生产由欧洲环境署（European Environment Agency, EEA）在欧盟哥白尼计划框架下统筹协调。 高分辨率森林产品系列包含三类（状态）产品及额外的变化产品。其中状态产品对应2012、2015及2018三个基准年： 1. 林木覆盖度产品：提供0至100%区间内的林木覆盖度水平； 2. 优势叶型产品：提供地表优势叶型信息，分为阔叶与针叶两类； 3. 森林类型产品：该产品尽可能贴合联合国粮食及农业组织（Food and Agriculture Organization, FAO）的森林定义。 在原始（20米）分辨率下，该系列包含两类产品： 1) 优势叶型产品：其最小制图单元（Minimum Mapping Unit, MMU）为0.5公顷，同时应用10%的林木覆盖度阈值； 2) 支撑图层：基于优势叶型产品，绘制农业用地及城市环境中的林木分布，数据源自科琳娜土地覆盖（Corine Land Cover, CLC）与2009年高分辨率不透水面数据集。 针对最终的100米分辨率产品，需移除支撑图层中包含的农业用地及城市环境林木。
