In this demo, a particle-level electrochemical （PLE） model enables precise control over the spatial distribution of particles is established. First, the spatial distribution of particles with a specific distribution is generated using MATLAB. Then, according to the position and radius of the particle, the geometric model is established in COMSOL, and then setting the calculation region and boundary conditions. The above operations are implemented through the COMSOL with MATLAB interface. Code running requires COMOSOL6.1 or later.
