HLY-04-03 Biomarkers (ASCII) [Benner, R.]

This data set contains dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and Nitrogen (DON) as well as dissolved amino acidsfrom the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) Healy HLY-04-03 cruise of the SBI project. Reported DON values were calculated by subtracting inorganic nitrogen species(NO3+NO2+NH4) from TDN. Reported values of dissolved amino acids are summed concentrations of 18 individually measured amino acids. These data are in ASCII format.本数据集涵盖SBI项目美国海岸警卫队希利号（U.S. Coast Guard Cutter, USCGC）HLY-04-03航次所采集的溶解有机碳（dissolved organic carbon, DOC）、溶解态有机氮（dissolved organic nitrogen, DON）以及溶解氨基酸数据。其中，所报告的溶解态有机氮数值通过从总溶解氮（total dissolved nitrogen, TDN）中减去无机氮组分（NO3+NO2+NH4）计算得到；所报告的溶解氨基酸数值为18种单独测定氨基酸的浓度总和。本数据集采用ASCII格式存储。
