Basque Pollutant Sources and Emissions Register for 2020 (EPER Euskadi/E-PRTR)

Regulation (EC) No 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Register of Pollutant Emissions and Transfers and amending Directives 91/689/EEC and 96/61/EC was adopted on 18 January 2006.’ The European PRTR (E-PRTR) aims to implement at Community level the UN/ECE PRTR Protocol, which was signed by the European Community and 23 Member States in May 2003 in Kiev under the Aarhus Convention. The E-PRTR replaces the European Pollutant Emission Inventory (EPER) under which the data for the years 2001 and 2004 were reported.《欧洲议会与理事会第(EC) 166/2006号法规》于2006年1月18日正式通过，该法规旨在建立欧洲污染物排放与转移登记册（European Register of Pollutant Emissions and Transfers），并修订指令91/689/EEC与96/61/EC。欧洲污染物排放与转移登记册（简称欧洲PRTR，英文缩写E-PRTR）旨在欧盟层面落实《联合国欧洲经济委员会污染物排放与转移登记册议定书》（UN/ECE PRTR Protocol）；该议定书由欧洲共同体与23个成员国于2003年5月在基辅根据《奥胡斯公约》签署。E-PRTR取代了此前用于报送2001年与2004年数据的欧洲污染物排放清单（European Pollutant Emission Inventory，简称EPER）。
