These volumes record conditional leases by Land District. Originally there was one numerical sequence for conditional leases from 1885 to 1904 (1 to approximately 37,000) and the numbers covered the whole state. Numbers in each volume are therefore discontinuous. From 1905 an annual single number for each Land District was introduced. (7/4275-421). 147 vols.
