Noncanonical PRC1.1 Targets BTG2 to Retain Cyclin Gene Expression and Cell Growth in Neuroblastoma [microarray]

To explore the common and specific targets of RING1A and RING1B, we conducted microarray analyses on NGP and SK-N-BE cells transduced with shRING1, shRNF2, or their combination. shRNAs were packaged in HEK293T cells. Subsequently, neuroblastoma (NB) cell lines were infected wirh8 μg/mol of polybrene. Four days after the transduction, extracted total RNAs were subjected to microarray analysis.
