This dataset contains quantitative proteomic data from MDA-MB-231 triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells treated with artesunate compared to untreated control cells.
Each entry includes: UniProt accession number, protein name, gene name, mean intensity values for the artesunate-treated group (Artesunate Mean) and control group (NC Mean),p-value, fold change (FC), and regulation status (UP / Down / Non-significant).
Proteomic sequencing was performed at the School of Pharmacy, Xuzhou Medical University. This dataset supports the manuscript: 'Artesunate Induces Autophagy Dependent Apoptosis in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer through TGM2 Mediated ROS-AMPK-mTOR axis', submitted to Scientific Reports (Springer Nature), 2026.
