The series consists of files containing a copy of the board minutes and meetings papers including meeting agendas, minutes, and discussion papers which were circulated to members for each meeting.These sets of minutes and meeting papers were printed from the agency's records management system for transfer as a set; the minutes are not the signed originals.Board meetings were held approximately monthly with each meeting numbered consecutively from 1 to 163. The records are arranged in chronological order in sequentially numbered folders labelled with the meeting date.
