Experimental data for RBCPPA

All training data are obtained from publicly accessible resources. In particular, we collected the peptide-protein complex structures from the PPB-Affinity dataset, including wild-type complexes from PDBbind dataset, and mutant complexes from SKEMPI dataset. All binding affinity values were standardized in terms of the dissociation constant (KD). In addition, we collected the peptide-protein complex structures from the PDB database with interaction energy scores represented by Rosetta Energy Units (REU). The pre-processed peptide sequence and structure data, as well as the energy and affinity labels of peptide-protein complex utilized in our RBCPPA study, are available here.
