资源简介:
One original bacterial community obtained from heavy metal contaminated soil was domesticated with different cultivation condition (free addition or addition of enterobactin (Ent), cadmium (Cd), or both), and shaping into four different bacterial communities. Subsequently, the phenotype analysis indicated that the domesticated bacterial community Ecd, which was domesticated by supplementing both Ent and Cd, showed higher Cd resistance and immobilization compaerd with others. Addtionally, the metagenomics showed the branched chain amino acid (leucine, isoleucine, and valine, LIV) associated genes abundance in Ecd groups were higher than them in other groups. To examine the influence of LIV on Cd resistance and immobilization, metatranscriptomic profiling of the Ecd community was conducted during cultivation under four conditions: no additive, LIV only, Cd only, or both LIV and Cd.
