Note: Time variable was recoded as -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, for five measurement time points in order. Women in Gender, blue collar in Occupation, and control group in Intervention were reference groups. Age was centered at mean and Education was centered at the level of college. The level 1 included a time variable only as the predictor, and level 2 included Intervention, Gender, Age, Education, and Occupation as predictors.
