Diatoms in sediment core AWI_80-1@en

Three profiles (12P-1908-A, 12P-2008-A, 12P-2208-A) of exposed deposits were sampled in course of the expedition Pokhodsk 2012 in the Kolyma Lowland, which contained frozen sediments. The samples were afterward analysed for chironomids, diatoms, pollen and testaceans. Additionally a short core (80-1) of deposits of the lake surrounding the pingo was analysed for diatoms.2012年波霍茨克科考队于科雷马低地（Kolyma Lowland）开展科考期间，对三处裸露沉积剖面（编号依次为12P-1908-A、12P-2008-A、12P-2208-A）进行了采样，上述剖面赋存冻结沉积物。随后对采集的样品开展了摇蚊（chironomids）、硅藻（diatoms）、花粉（pollen）及有壳变形虫（testaceans）的鉴定分析。此外，针对该冰核丘（pingo）周边湖泊的短柱状沉积岩芯（编号80-1），开展了硅藻组分分析。
