One year buoy datasets off the coast of Terengganu in the southern South China Sea

This dataset comprised oceanographic data collected by an oceanographic buoy off the coast of Terengganu in the southern South China Sea (SCS) at 4.87 °N and 104.83 °E as part of a collaboration between Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (Malaysia) and the First Institute of Oceanography (China). The dataset includes surface sea water temperature, surface sea water salinity, and eastward and northward sea water velocities recorded from the surface to the bottom. The data were obtained every 30 minutes between 1 December 2019 and 26 November 2020.

本数据集由马来西亚马六甲大学（马来西亚）与中国第一海洋研究所（中国）合作采集，于南海南部（SCS）的马来半岛东海岸4.87°N和104.83°E处的海洋浮标上收集的海洋学数据构成。数据集涵盖了从海面至海底记录的表层海水温度、表层海水盐度以及东西向和南北向海水流速，数据采集频率为每30分钟一次，采集时间跨度为2019年12月1日至2020年11月26日。
