Lung lysates were obtained from PBS- and LPS-treated mice for Q-PCR analysis using Taqman probes for M3 (chrm3) receptors, serotonin 2A receptors, G proteins, ryanodine receptors (RyR) and inositol trisphosphate (IP3) receptors.
