资源简介:
This is a modeling study designed to illustrate the influence of different key parameters (oil properties, oil layer thickness, initial slick size, wind speed, dispersants) on the dispersion process. This is a continuation of a previous study that looked at the influence of oil properties and wind speed on oil slick elongation that is available under GRIIDC Unique Dataset Identifier (UDI) R4.x267.177:0002 (DOI: 10.7266/N7SQ8XFT). This dataset supports the publication: Zeinstra-Helfrich, M., & Murk, A. J. (2019). Effects of Oil Properties and Slick Thickness on Dispersant Field Effectiveness and Oil Fate. Deep Oil Spills, 155–169. doi:10.1007/978-3-030-11605-7_10
