Chief Nkulelo (Ngulelo) of Machame, Tanzania, ca.1900-1905

Half profile and half figure of chief Nkulelo. He has a mustache. In the left ear a safety pin is pierced through the top edge of the ear. In the streched earlobe he wears a metal earring. The body is wrapped in a light-colored cloth. Around the neck he wears a beaded necklace.; Cf. picture no.
