[DEPRECATED] National emissions reported to the UNFCCC and to the EU Greenhouse Gas Monitoring Mechanism

Data on greenhouse gas emissions and removals, sent by countries to UNFCCC and the EU Greenhouse Gas Monitoring Mechanism (EU Member States). This data set reflects the GHG inventory data for 2017 as reported under the United Nations Framework Convention for Climate Change.本数据集收录各国提交至《联合国气候变化框架公约》（United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, UNFCCC）及欧盟温室气体监测机制（EU Greenhouse Gas Monitoring Mechanism，适用对象为欧盟成员国）的温室气体（Greenhouse Gas, GHG）排放与清除量数据。该数据集呈现了依据上述公约报送的2017年温室气体清单数据。
