The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “(205/10) Cemetery Brombach” of the town of Lörrach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan contains according to Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least fixes the nature and extent of the construction use, the convertible land areas and the local traffic areas. The admissibility of a project is assessed solely on the basis of that development plan.
