建设用地审查分析软件

建设用地审查分析软件基于国土调查相关技术标准规范，通过对二三调以来的国土调查数据、合法审批数据以及报批范围数据的筛选，采用空间数据叠加、并行统计分析等技术，集用地报件范围内土地利用现状分析、非耕农用地追溯、建设用地来源分析等功能一体化，实现建设用地申报数据最新年度利用现状分析、来源分析、追溯；实现非耕农用地上一年度利用现状追溯；分析数据地类面积统计对比，完成对建设项目用地审查报批地类的统计。

The construction land review and analysis software is developed in accordance with the technical standards and specifications for national land survey. By screening the national land survey data, legally approved land data and approval scope data since the second and third national land surveys, and adopting technologies such as spatial data overlay and parallel statistical analysis, it integrates multiple functions including current land use status analysis within the scope of land use declaration documents, traceability of non-cultivated agricultural land, and construction land source analysis. Specifically, it realizes the current land use status analysis, source analysis and traceability of construction land declaration data for the latest year; realizes the traceability of the previous year's land use status of non-cultivated agricultural land; conducts statistical comparison of land type areas in the analysis data, and completes the statistics of land types for construction project land review and approval.
