The project consists of two parts, the area of the current sports field (subsection (1) and the area of the future, relocated sports field (part 2). Areas on the Efftingestraße and east of the area Am Neumarkt 40 are included as arronding areas.本项目包含两部分：其一为当前在用运动场区域（第1分部），其二为未来迁建后的运动场区域（第2部分）。Efftingestraße沿线区域以及Am Neumarkt 40号地块东侧的范围均被纳入周边区域范畴。
