Amitabh Bachchan(@SrBachchan) was the most popular celebrity on Twitter in India, with almost 41.74 million followers as of April 2020. Salman Khan(@BeingSalmanKhan) climbed up the ranking and was the second most popular celebrity on this social media platform, with over 40 million followers. Shah Rukh Khan(@iamsrk) who once stood the top spot, was at third place with around 40.1 million followers.
