<b>Developing stem taper model for </b><b><i>Shorea robusta</i></b><b> in far-western Terai of Nepal</b>

The dataset was collected as part of the Department of Forest Research and Survey's annual program in 2018, with the objective of developing local volume tables for <i>Shorea robusta</i>. The dataset comprises information from 81 sample trees, spanning various Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) classes. The data collection followed a destructive sampling approach, allowing for comprehensive measurements. Recorded tree characteristics encompassed tree height, DBH (over-bark), crown height, geographical coordinates, and sectional diameters and heights.
