Building Quality Control Entities.

A Building Quality Control Entity is an entity designed to comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 410/2010, of March 31. Its purpose is the quality assurance adopted in the activity of technical control of the building, in accordance with Law 38/1999, of November 5, on Building Planning. Its objective is to establish a unitary regulation of the building process and establish a general framework in which the quality of buildings can be promoted with the commitment to establish sufficient guarantees of users against possible damage, taking into account the requirements related to functionality, safety and habitability that buildings must comply with.建筑质量管控实体系为符合2010年3月31日颁布的第410/2010号皇家法令之相关规定而设立的主体。 其设立宗旨为，依据1999年11月5日颁布的第38/1999号《建筑规划法》，在建筑技术管控活动中落实质量保障举措。 其目标在于建立统一的建筑流程监管规范，并搭建通用框架以推动建筑工程质量提升；同时承诺为使用者提供充分保障，防范各类潜在损害，且需充分考量建筑必须满足的功能性、安全性与宜居性相关要求。
