Employment participation; regional classification 2016

This table contains annual figures on labour participation in the Netherlands for various regional breakdowns. The population aged 15 to 75 is divided into the employed, unemployed and non-occupied populations. The working population is further classified on the basis of employment and employment level. A breakdown by gender, age, migration background and educational level is available for the different classifications. The classification by municipalities is based on the municipalities of 1 January 2016. Data available from: 2003. Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Changes as of 16 February 2018: None, table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? Each year in February, a new table containing the most recent area divisions is compiled.
