Cecal Bacterial Community in Pigs

the aim of this study was to investigate the diversity and components of the bacterial community in the cecum of Tibetan pigs using MiSeq high throughput sequencing analysis, as well as to analyze the relationship between the herbivorous characteristics and the cecal bacteria found in Tibetan pigs.
