Employment rate in the Nordic countries 2022, by educational level

In all five Nordic countries, employment rates grow with the level of education; the higher the educational level, the higher the employment rate. Moreover, the gap between those with a non-upper secondary education and those with a higher education is the smallest in Iceland, with 74 and 92 percent, respectively. The gap is the highest in Finland, with an employment rate of only 56 percent among people with no upper secondary education, compared to 89 percent for people with a tertiary education.
