Illumina sequencing reads for populations genetics of Eurycea bislineata

Raw reads from reduced representation next generation sequencing (ddRADseq) for Eurycea bislineata (Northern two-lined salamander). This sequencing was performed to understand the population genetics and genetic connectivity for populations of E. bislineata living in urban, suburban, and rural habitats in the New York City metropolitan area.
