Who: Internal - boss, secretary, colleagues. External - customers, suppliers<br>
How: Discussion, telephone, lecture<br>
What: Public relations, marketing and sales, research and development<br>
Duration: Episodes lasting five minutes or more, fleeting contacts<br>
