Environmental Regulation- Allocation of waterway management

Together with our partners, we ensure that the regional waters designated for professional shipping meet the requirements for good navigability. These are the competent authorities for the Korne, parts of the Oude IJssel and parts of the Linge. This file was adopted by the Provincial States on 15 November 2023 and entered into force on 1 January 2024 under the Environmental Law我们与合作伙伴通力协作，确保指定用于专业航运的区域水域满足优良通航性的相关要求。上述指定水域即为科恩河（Korne）、旧艾瑟尔河（Oude IJssel）部分河段以及林厄河（Linge）部分河段，相关主管部门对其拥有管辖权责。本文件于2023年11月15日经省议会审议通过，并于2024年1月1日依据《环境法》正式生效。
