Qaulity_Trimmed_FastQ

These are the quality trimmed sequence data. These reads are ready for alignment after uncompression. Compression is done through 7-zip because .7z files have a much better compression ratio then gzip. All of the sequences are stored in 3 7-zip archives. Download the 3 archives then extract them and all the fastQ files should be ready for alignment. The groups.csv file has the groups each fastQ name is in, reading that file may help you understand how the fastQ names involve the names of the site and sample number within that site.<br>Note: What archive files are stored in is meaningless, figshare only allows single files upto 5gb so I split into 3 archives.
