Geolocation of Soil Law Authorisation Files (ADS): building permit, demolishing permit, prior declaration, planning permit... Each file is represented by one or more points placed in the centre of the parcel(s) concerned by the project. This data concerns cases from 2009 to the present. This data is generated automatically from the information entered by the Land Strategy Department with the Net ADS tool. An automated processing developed by the SIGU is activated every night to detect new records and geolocate them to the centroid of the plots concerned by the file on the basis of the cadastral reference. Only part of the characteristics of the file has been selected by the Soil Rights and Build Permit service to constitute the attributes of the data.土地法定授权文件地理定位数据集（ADS）：涵盖建筑许可、拆除许可、预先申报、规划许可等类型。每份文件以一个或多个点位表示，点位设于该项目所涉地块的中心位置。本数据集涵盖2009年至今的相关案例，由土地战略部门通过Net ADS工具录入的信息自动生成。由SIGU开发的自动化处理程序每日夜间运行，可基于地籍编号识别新记录，并将其定位至文件所涉地块的质心位置。土地权利与建筑许可服务部门仅选取文件的部分特征，构成本数据集的属性字段。
