Small RNA sequencing data from oral cancer cell line extracellular pellets

Oral cancer cell line (H357 and SCC4) extracellular pellets were isolated by differential centrifugation and subject to small RNA sequencing analysis. More detailed methodology is included in the readme.txt file. Microsoft Excel data is formatted as normalised reads per million. Aligned sequencing data is provided as BAM/BAI files.
