Refers to municipal employees (monthly paid) in November according to HÖK. Refers to a three-year average. Data is available according to gender breakdown.本指标的计算方式为：高级中等学校固定雇员数与通勤雇员数之和，除以上一年度同一活动领域的固定雇员总数，再乘以100以转换为百分比形式。本数据依据HÖK的统计口径，对应11月份的按月计薪市政雇员。数据采用三年平均值计算，且可按性别细分进行统计。
