Data for "Explosion load analysis in a marine hydrogen fuel cell room: evaluation of ignition location effects and mitigation measures"
收藏资源简介:
Simulation output, figure source data, analysis scripts and solver case set-ups behind every figure and table of the article “Explosion load analysis in a marine hydrogen fuel cell room: evaluation of ignition location effects and mitigation measures” and its supplementary information. Hydrogen deflagration in the fuel cell room of a 22 m hydrogen-powered ferry is computed with the OpenFOAM XiFoam solver (Weller b–Ξ flamelet closure, Gülder laminar flame speed correlation, one-equation sub-grid kinetic energy LES) on a three-dimensional model that resolves the fuel cell racks. Eight ignition positions are simulated with and without the racks, together with sweeps in equivalence ratio, flammable cloud volume, nitrogen inerting and NFPA 68 rupture-panel vent area, and a mesh-refinement study from 6,709 to 123,160 cells. Contents 01_pressure_histories/ — cofferdam overpressure against time, 34 records, two-column CSV (time in s, gauge overpressure in kPa), 8×104 to 5×105 samples each. S7_* mesh sweep, S8_* ignition positions; index.json maps each file to its source dataset, sample count and peak. 02_figure_source_data/ — 194 plotted series exported from the Origin projects behind Figures 6–12 and Supplementary Figure S1. 03_derived_tables/ — peak overpressures, times to peak, positive-phase impulses, no-rack/rack load ratios and per-figure fit inputs. 04_plotting_scripts/ — 33 MATLAB scripts that draw the published figures, including the shared figure style. 05_openfoam_case_setups/ — 1,689 XiFoam case dictionaries (system/, constant/, 0.orig/) for every simulation reported. Meshes are regenerated from each blockMeshDict; time directories and decompositions are not included. See README.md inside the archive for column definitions, the impulse integration convention, provenance of each family of records, and a statement of what is not included. Notes on provenance The pressure histories were extracted from the Origin OLE objects in the authors’ figure workbook, which is the form in which the solver output was archived. Peaks agree with the retained solver output to within 0.1 kPa wherever both exist. Three-dimensional field output (b, Ξ, u′, T) was not archived; only the cofferdam histories. The folder index under 7. Ignition Locations/ is not the ignition number. Use the peak overpressures in norack_peaks.json to identify cases. Full solver run directories (≈23 GB) are available from the corresponding author on request.
