3D models of NNC2215

1. Cryo-EM structure of the full-length insulin receptor bound to four insulin molecules. This experimental 3D structure has been used to dock-in the models of inactive (closed) and active (open) NNC2215. 2. 3D model of NNC2215 in an open form with a free glucose molecule bound in the macrocycle. 3. 3D model of NNC2215 in a closed form with the glucoside bound in the macrocycle. 4. 3D models (chimeraX format) of NNC2215 in open and closed forms docked into the insulin receptor (chains A and C from Protein Data Bank entry 6PXV). The open form of NNC2215 (yellow) has free glucose (orange) bound into the macrocycle at B29.
