This dataset contains source reconstructed data for "Large-scale Dynamics of Perceptual Decision Information across Human Cortex". Due to their size some .tar.gz had to be split into two parts. These files end in "aa" and "ab", they need to be merged before they can be decompressed:<br> <br> $ cat S12*gza* > S12-source-reconstructions.tar.gz<br><br>Each archive contains files for stimulus and response locked epochs and for high (>=10Hz, "F") and low (<10 Hz, "LF") frequency TFR decompositions. Furthermore, each session is spread over a number of files that contain 100 trials each. Files from one epoch type can be safely concatenated in pandas.<br><br>Individual files can be read by using `pandas.read_hdf`. This will return a table that contains individual ROIs as columns and a multi-index that clearly labels each data point. <br><br>Specifically, the index contains a trial identifier ('trial' -> confusingly labeled 'hash' in behavioral data), a time identifier ('time', seconds relative to time lock), an identifier for the TFR settings ('est_key') and a frequency identifier ('est_val').<br><br>Last tested with pandas 0.24.2.
