Grants awarded under the Training Club Scheme (2012)

Extraction refers to operating grants awarded in the framework of the training clubs scheme for the training component and the sport component. The data are presented annually but it’s about a sporting season. This arrangement, adopted by framework deliberation CR 04-11 of 10 February 2011, allows to support networks of training clubs decided in consistency with the development plans of the leagues and sports committees regional. The development programmes proposed by the clubs and validated by the committees or leagues and by the Region have two components: the first concerns sports practice and allows to accompany the club in terms of purchases of equipment and supervision; the second concerns the training of both supervisors and volunteers.本数据集所涵盖的运营补助，指依据培训俱乐部计划框架，面向培训板块与体育板块发放的相关资助。本数据虽按年度口径发布，但实际对应一个完整体育赛季。 该安排由2011年2月10日第CR 04-11号框架审议会议通过，旨在扶持符合各联赛与地区级体育委员会发展规划的培训俱乐部网络建设。 由俱乐部提出、经各委员会、联赛及大区审核通过的发展计划包含两大核心板块：其一聚焦体育实践环节，可为俱乐部提供器材采购与督导指导方面的支持；其二则针对督导人员与志愿者开展专项培训工作。
