月球稳定目标微波辐射参考数据集（2013-2018）

该数据集利用现有月球轨道预报业务算法，以FY-3微波湿度计为基准仪器坐标系，解决了仪器安装矩阵在轨校验、卫星姿态补偿、扫描拖曳参数化后，准确计算月球在仪器冷空观域瞬时视场（FOV）中出现的时间和位置，据此从FY-3C的L1级数据中提取月球观测数据建立了月球观测数据集。

This dataset leverages existing operational lunar orbit prediction algorithms, taking the FY-3 microwave humidity sounder as the reference instrument coordinate system. After completing in-orbit calibration of the instrument installation matrix, satellite attitude compensation, and parametrization of scan smearing, it accurately calculates the time and position at which the Moon appears within the instantaneous field of view (FOV) of the instrument's cold-sky observation field. Based on these calculation results, lunar observation data is extracted from the L1-level data of FY-3C to establish the lunar observation dataset.
