Macrophage's response to TNF alpha blocker etanercept and Aspergillus fumigatus infection.

Macrophages from 3 healthy donors were generated and stimulated with A. fumigatus germ tubes (MOI 0,5). Furthermore, macrophages were stimulated also with drug etanercept (TNF alpha blocker). After 6 hours of incubation, macrophages were harvested and RNA was extracted using Qiagene RNeasy mini kit. Extracted RNA samples were sent for RNA-seq to IMGM in Munich and RNA-seq analysis was performed at HKI in Jena.
