Sex difference effects on intestinal flora composition in swamp eel (Monopterus Albus)

This study will elucidate the basic composition of intestinal flora in swamp eel, to identify key bacteria that influence swamp eels’ sex, and to provide useful information for the study of sex reversal mechanism in male and female swamp eel.
